My Jar Of Gratitude - To Remember What Is Really Important.

My Daily Gratitude Jar - To help me focus on what matters.
About 7 days ago I was in a very negative mind frame. It doesn't often happen, I think with all the waiting for the Court date and the anticipation I was just feeling a bit flat. I decided to open a daily project called "My Gratitude Jar".
The reason for this is to help remind me of all the things I am grateful for and just because there has been some negativity in my life which has affected me tremendously does not mean I have to ponder on it all day.
Negativity brings more negativity. I needed to shift my focus.
Benefits to being grateful:
Gratitude opens the door to more relationships.
Gratitude improves physical health.
Gratitude improves psychological health.
Gratitude enhances empathy and reduces aggression.
Grateful people sleep better.
Gratitude improves self-esteem.
Gratitude increases mental strength.

We can touch these topics a little later this weekend.
I thought it would be a good idea that we open our very own "gratitude jar" and be thankful in the things we do have.
