Don't Give Up...

After 2 police stations closing down 6 attempts of opening up a domestic violence case, 1 case being thrown out of court without an investigation or even an enquiry, over a period of 3 years with many tears...
I have successfully managed to obtain an interim protection order which was granted today, 3 police cases split over 3 police stations and a Regional Case pending.
I did not give up. The system failed me so many times. My persistence and presence with regards to these cases is what got me to where I am today. You need to be proactive and tenacious. Irritate them if you have to, I did!
I know that some of you have told me in personal messages that you have given up hope. I know how you feel. It is exhausting and heart breaking. If there is any way you can muster up another ounce of courage I implore you to give your case another chance.
