Another Order Opened Against The 1 Suspect.

Update regarding Magistrate Court -
I have submitted my new application. According to the lady who was so helpful yesterday, it is perfect. They asked me to come back a little later today to see if the Magistrate has signed it off. If it does not happen today, I will need to be there first thing Monday morning which is also great.
If this does not go through then they will write to the Regional Court and ask them to speed up their pace regarding the case. This will help too, especially if it is declined again due to not being able to provide solid evidence of the new harassment which has taken place. (which is impossible to do, I am not an investigator or a cybercrime expert). They do believe the other information is solid and will suffice.
My overall experience over the last 3 days although a little frustrating has been pleasant and the staff really have done all they can to help me get things right to have this order passed. I am grateful. Thank you!!
