Abuse - Triangulation.

Very dangerous situation. Especially if you have a narcissistic partner pulling the strings.
The only person who needs help is the narcissist, not the other way round.
Have you not noticed how the narcs swap the role and makes you out to be the narcissist and they are the victim? (They truly believe their lies, because they are delusional)
After they are done, serious therapy is needed.
The narcissist almost always walks away smiling.
It’s a malicious and dangerous cycle.
Triangulation is a manipulation tactic where one person will not communicate directly with another person, instead using a third person to relay communication to the second, thus forming a triangle.
